Our approach
From the moment you arrive, the day is yours. Your therapist will settle you in, talk through each treatment, and set the pace around you. Between and after your treatments you are welcome to stay in our relaxation room with a warm or cold drink and a small post-treatment snack, giving the benefits time to sink in before you head back out into the day.
