Our approach

The heat treatments are designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. You will move from the infrared sauna into aroma steam and a traditional Turkish bath, easing muscles and quietening the mind, before a back, neck and shoulder massage releases the areas that hold the most tension. Afterwards, relax in our relaxation room with a drink and a small snack.
